This is the side for individuals who love the standard memory foam feel of sinking into the mattress, and being hugged as it contours around your body.
The copper infused memory foam produces cooling benefits by deflecting heat far from your body and keeping you cooler as you sleep.
The copper gel memory foam layer also helps offer a plush, super supportive feel to the mattress because the copper does not yield under pressure and in fact pushes back with a firming response.
There is also a removable cover which is really soft and can be cleaned.

HOW FIRM IS THE LAYLA?
This flippable mattress offers you two firmness choices. The soft side is medium soft; about a 3.5 out of 10. Side sleepers will enjoy this side with the cradling feeling for your pressure points.
The firm side is a medium to medium firm; 7 out of 10 and is preferred by back and stomach sleepers because of the increased support and less sinkage. Side sleepers who like a firmer mattress will be comfortable with this side.
The larger you are, the softer the bed will feel. It is best for people under 230 lbs.
Motion Isolation
If you share your bed with a partner or a family pet that moves around a lot then the amount of movement that you feel throughout the sleep surface is an important element.

After speaking to customer service at Layla Sleep, we were told that the memory foam mattress and the new hybrid mattress both can hold up to 1,000 lbs.
We were told that the hybrid does offer more stability to heavier people because of the pocketed inner coils that give it more structure than the regular memory foam mattress.
The memory foam is created to push against pressure, providing great support, especially for back and side sleepers.
