There is also a removable cover which is extremely soft and can be cleaned.

This flippable mattress gives you two firmness selections. The soft side is medium soft; about a 3.5 out of 10. Side sleepers will enjoy this side with the hugging feeling for your pressure points.
The firm side is a medium to medium firm; 7 out of 10 and is preferred by back and stomach sleepers because of the increased support and less sinkage. Side sleepers who enjoy a firmer mattress will be happy with this side too.

We were also told that the hybrid does offer more stability to heavier individuals because of the pocketed inner coils which give it more structure than the traditional memory foam mattress.
