HOW FIRM IS THE LAYLA?

After speaking to customer service at Layla Sleep, we were told that the memory foam mattress and the new hybrid mattress both can hold up to 1,000 pounds.
We were told that the hybrid does offer more stability to larger individuals because of the inner coils which give it more structure than the traditional memory foam mattress.
