Luis Villegas- President
Luis has been on the SBHCC Board for 6 years and recently served as the org
anization's Executive Director. He is Vice President and Hispanic Segment Market Manager for Pacific Capital Bancorp. He is currently a member of the Santa Barbara City College Board of Trustees, serving as President in 1999 and 2000. He has just been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the California Community College Trustees. Villegas is also the Past President of the California Association of Latino Community College Trustees.

Gene Morones - Vice President
Gene graduated from Santa Barbara City College and UC Santa Barbara
. Gene is a founding member of the Santa Barbara Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He is also the Regional Sales Manger for the local branch of Corporate Express the nation's largest commercial office supply distributor. He has served on various boards including the local Santa Barbara YMCA, Leadership Santa Barbara and has been a past Vice President of the Bishop Diego High School Dads Booster Club.

Patricia Guillen - Board Member
Patricia Guillen is married and
Patricia Guillen is married and has two daughters, 18 and 16 year old. Graduated from Santa Barbara High School and Santa Barbara City College. Has been involved in Residential Real Estate Lending for the last 18 years. Member of the Santa Barbara Housing Authority Self Sufficient Program Committe. Enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Lived in Santa Barbara for the las 28 years.

Alex Villa is a Certified Mortgage Planner
at Pacific Riviera Mortgage in Santa Barbara. He is a trusted advisor who helps his clients properly structure an integrated, comprehensive, and customized mortgage plan. He created the The Financial Freedom Optimizer System(tm), a unique multi-tiered process and comprehensive wealth building system that integrates a client's mortgage into their overall financial goals. He is married to Cecilia Tavera and has four children. Alex received a B.S. in Human Biodynamics from UC Berkeley in 1999. He is currently part of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, and holds a CA Real Estate License.
